Maybe, he forgot his keys and had to get back in?

You remember the Tom Tom Club's 80's pop hit hit "Genius of Love" right?

You know, the song that goes:

"What you gonna do when you get out of jail?"

"I'm gonna have some fun!"

"What do you consider fun?"

"Fun, natural fun!"

Well, 22-year-old Marcus Wayne Hunt of Hillsborough County, Florida's idea of fun is doing more of the dumb stuff that got you there in the first place.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that around 4:30 Saturday afternoon, Hunt, who is an ex-con with a long rap sheet, posted $2,250 bail on charges of fleeing and attempting to elude police and not having a valid driver's license.

Since he doesn't have a valid license, he can't drive. When you can't drive, you can't have a car. When you can't have a car, you walk or get a bike. Simple logic right?

Well, Hunt had that same logic but we're assuming that that criminal mind of his blurred his vision. That can be the only reason why after being free for just 16 minutes, after walking 1.4 miles away from the jail, he ran up on a man, punched him in the face and stole his bike.

Once identified, a warrant was put out for Hunt's arrest. He was free for just two days before police caught up with him at his home on Tuesday afternoon.

He just got out of jail for not having a valid driver's license. But now he will be going back to jail for robbery. His bond this time is $25,000.

He just finished serving a two year sentence in December 2011 after being convicted on charges of possession of cocaine, grand theft motor vehicle, burglary and criminal mischief. Before that he served time for burglary, aggravating fleeing and eluding and grand theft.
