Spotted: Andre 3000 on Set as Jimi Hendrix [PHOTO]

He's begun a 6-week shoot in Ireland

Andre 3000 has begun filming the Jimi Hendrix biopic in which he takes on the title role.

Spotted in Ireland, the rapper is seen wearing the guitarist's trademark 'fro and low-cut printed top.

The film, titled All is By My Side, tells the story of a young Hendrix being discovered by Linda Keith, the then-girlfriend of Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards.

It follows the pre-fame Hendrix during his stay in England from 1966 to 1967 while he recorded his debut album Are You Experienced?
