Basketball Wife Jailed for Beating Child With Belt?

Ex-wife of former player Michael Curry thrown in the slammer.

While Korie Kellogg isn't on the hit VH1 show Basketball Wives, she sure got into trouble like one of the cast members.

The ex-wife of former NBA ballplayer Michael Curry was arrested for spanking her son after he told teachers in school that his mother "whooped" him.

Upon hearing the child's claim, the child was taken to the hospital and welts and bruises were found on his body.

She was then arrested by police on charges of aggravated battery.

Kellogg was released on $25,000 bail. She told prosecutors that her son's story was not accurate, but wasn't given a chance to explain.
