Sh*t just got real

Reality TV shows often air heated arguments and violent fights, but not as often does the aftermath of those fights actually manifest itself off-camera, once the season ends, in a court room.

Jennifer Williams, however, of Basketball Wives, is not going to let an assault slide, no matter how many viewers may have tuned in to see it.

On the last episode of the show, audiences saw Williams get slapped in the face by former friend and roommate Nia Crooks, who hadn't been provoked.

So Williams is now filing a few lawsuits in Supreme Court New York County, both civilly and criminally:

Her attorney, Sanford Rubenstein, said:

"This civil complaint is being filed by Jennifer Williams to hold Nia Crooks accountable civilly for the assault and battery which took place on the episode of Basketball Wives which aired the evening of April 16th 2012. A criminal complaint filed by Jennifer Williams is presently under investigation by the office of the States Attorney in Florida".

It all goes down tomorrow morning, at the law office of Rubenstein & Rynecki in Brooklyn.

Maybe this will teach all those ladies that are loose with the hands to begin keeping them to themselves.
