Coolio's Son Facing 10 Years in Jail

Soon to be sentenced for 8-month-old crime

Coolio's son is going to prison, according to TMZ.

Grtis Ivey, 22, was arrested in November 2011 after allegedly breaking into an apartment with a Las Vegas prostitute and robbing a would-be john.

Ivey was held without bail for a number of offenses, including robbery with a deadly weapon, first degree kidnapping and grand larceny.

Law enforcement sources say Ivey agreed to plead guilty to a felony robbery charge in exchange for prosecutors dropping the remaining four felony charges.

Under the plea agreement, Ivey will serve a minimum of 3.5 years in prison and a max of 10 years depending on the judge's ruling come September.
