Spike's new joint goes back to Brooklyn.

Spike Lee returns to theatres this summer with his new flick "Red Hook Summer."

The story revolves around a young boy from Atlanta coming to visit his preacher grandfather in Brooklyn for the summer.

Word on the street is the Mookie character from 'Do The Right Thing' makes a cameo as well.

Red Hook Summer comes out this August.
