First Lady Michelle Obama Appears on 'Extreme Makeover Home Edition'

First lady continues commitment to veteran families

First lady Michelle Obama teamed up with designer Ty Pennington and his crew at Extreme Makeover Home Edition in Fayetteville, North Carolina to help a veteran making a home for other homeless veterans.

Obama, along with a crowd, screamed "Move that bus!" as Pennington revealed a renovated shelter for Steps N Stages Jubilee House, founded by Barbara Marshall to provide services and support for female veterans rebuilding their lives after combat.

Obama, dressed casually in a tank and tennis shoes, helped screw commemorative plaques in the dining room as well as provided a hand written letter for Marshall's new desk.
