Controversial sheriff picks up where Trump left off

Right when you thought the Barack Obama Birth Certificate Sweepstakes was over with, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, the self-proclaimed "America's Toughest Sheriff,"  is cranking it back up.

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio has formed a special “posse” – an officially sanctioned law-enforcement group - that will investigate Barack Obama's birth certificate...

...The posse was formed at the request of the Republican’s Surprise Tea Party, who felt their voting rights are being compromised....

...The group claims that Obama's birth certificate could be a forgery, which will compromise the voting rights of the local citizens...

...Over 240 signatures were included on a petition, along with reports from 20 experts, who doubted the president's birth certificate's of authenticity.

If Arpaio's name sounds familiar, it's because it's synonymous with DMX, who has been arrested 10 times under the sheriff's reign. Arpaio has also been at the center of a handful of lawsuits alleging harassment and abuse of power, particularly where immigrants are concerned. He has also been found to have misspent nearly $100 million in taxpayers dollars. Guess this "posse" of his will add to that total.
