Beyonce reveals that she wants a record label and a boy band. Did we mention that she said this at the launch of her new fragrance "Pulse." There's no stopping this woman.

The expectant mom says on top of her music career, designing duties at House of Dereon, and her fragrances, she also wants to launch a record label.

"I am starting my company, my label," she told the Associated Press at the launch of her "Pulse" fragrance. "I want to create a boy band. I want to continue to produce and do documentaries and music videos. I eventually want to start directing for other artists," she added.

Bey says her goal is to empower other artists coming up behind her.
