Cain brings more pain to Obama's doorstep
Herman Cain aka The Godfather ... Pizza guy is shooting more shots in President Obama's direction. In an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal, Cain calls out Obama on his strategies attacking healthcare, bailouts and the economy.
Huffington Post writes:
Cain, former CEO of Godfather's Pizza, writes in the piece, "Mr. Obama's first term has been spent advancing a legislative agenda that pays no mind to our ailing economy and the Americans whose sufferings are casualties in his ideological war." He goes on to say, "After a failed stimulus package, preferential industry bailouts, and the disastrous government overhaul of the health-care industry, it seems the plight of the American worker has remained an afterthought."
The Republican contender points to the president's policies in arguing that the current economic situation is seeing "the worst jobs recovery since the Great Depression." He discussed his own ideas for addressing the country's economic woes, summed up in what he calls "'Cain's Vision for Economic Growth,' also known as the 9-9-9 Plan."
Cain's proposal calls for "repealing ObamaCare, Sarbanes-Oxley and the Dodd-Frank bank-regulation bill."
These shots come just weeks after Cain suggested that President Obama be impeached.
