Keli Goff shares where to find women's shoes size 10 & up

Ladies, if you've been blessed with an ample shoe size don't resign to only wearing flats and sneakers. Many high (and not so high-end) stores have just what you need to put your best foot forward.

Saks Fifth Avenue

The shoe selection at the Saks Fifth Avenue Flagship store in New York is so large that it now officially has its own zip code, and part of that zip code is filled with sizes 10, 11 and in some cases 12, by every high-end designer imaginable. According to one sales associate there, tall women fly in from foreign countries such as Japan, during the legendary annual Saks shoe sale to stock up on size 11 stilettos by Giuseppe Zanotti and other world class designers.

J.Crew

Though they have a much smaller selection than some of the larger department stores, J.Crew has been carrying a diverse selection of ladies shoes in their catalogs, up to size 12, for years.

Bergdorf Goodman

Like Saks, Bergdorf is known for carrying some of the best designer labels in the world. So if you are a long-limbed lady who wears size 10 or larger and are searching for a pair of designer boots you just saw your favorite celebrity rock on the red carpet, Bergdorf is a good place to start your search.

Stuart Weitzman

Though best known for designing reliable red carpet heels that celebs and First Ladies alike wear, Weitzman designs everything from rain boots to sandals, and has a loyal following among larger footed ladies (including yours truly.)

Payless

Though once the red-headed stepchild of fashionistas, some high profile branding partnerships (including one with Project Runway alum Christian Siriano), have raised the profile of the budget friendly brand. Recognizing a dearth of selection for taller ladies, Payless was an early leader in larger sizing, stocking women’s sizes 10-12, years before other stores followed suit.

Nordstrom Rack

The Nordstrom Rack in New York City stocks so many larger sizes (overstock from their other stores) that they actually have special shopping events specifically for women who wear shoe sizes 10 through 12. The selection includes a wide range of high-end designer wear and more budget conscious fare.
