Cleveland Woman Caught Driving on Sidewalk Ordered to Wear 'Idiot' Sign

A woman caught driving on the sidewalk to go around a school bus will now have to wear a warning sign

Only an idiot drives on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus and starting next week a woman who reportedly did just that will have to wear a sign that says so.

A Cleveland Municipal Court judge on Monday ordered 32-year-old Shena Hardin, who was caught on camera driving on a sidewalk to go around a school bus unloading children, will have to stand at an intersection wearing a sign that reads: "Only an idiot drives on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus."

The judge ordered her to wear the sign from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. both days.

Hardin also had her license suspended for 30 days and was ordered to pay $250 in court costs.
