Producer The-Dream: "She's ready to work"

Nothing can slow down pop icon Beyoncé Knowles, not even pregnancy.

Producer The-Dream, who has worked with Beyoncé previously even writing her smash hit "Single Ladies" and producing tracks on her latest LP 4, recently dished on her work ethic and her plans for a new album.

"She's ready to work," Dream told The BoomBox. "She's crazy! She never stops doing anything. I don't know if [pregnancy] is going to slow her down. She's just incredible with doing things, I don't know how she's going to do it, she's just a maniac... in a good way."

Beyoncé has yet to release official plans for her fifth studio album, but it's clear she's already in the studio working on it.

Beyoncé and her husband rap star Jay-Z plan to have their first child in February 2012.
