Beyonce To Debut ‘Personal’ HBO Documentary in Feb.

Raw, behind-the-scenes video and performances expected in self-directed film

HBO is set to help Beyonce make her artist documentary debut next year. On Monday, the premium cable network announced it will air a self-directed film about the Grammy-winning singer on Feb. 16, 2013. The documentary will include footage Beyonce shot herself with her laptop. HBO says the film will also include “video that provides raw, unprecedented access to the private entertainment icon and high-voltage performances.” The project does not yet have a title. The 31-year-old former Destiny’s Child front woman will perform at the 2013 Super Bowl halftime show on Feb. 3, a little more than a week before the documentary airs. (Associated Press)
