The trio will perform 78 weekend shows through the end of the year.

Motown is back, but only in Vegas. The R&B group Boyz II Men has announced a headlining residency at the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage. Starting March 1, the trio—excluding bass singer Michael McCary—will perform 78 weekend shows through the end of the year. Organizers say the show will feature many of the band biggest hits, jams like “I’ll make Love To You” and “One Sweet Day.”

Boyz II Men has won four Grammy’s and claims the title of most successful male R&B group. In 2003, McCary left the group due to chronic back problems. According to the Boyz II Men website, McCary was due to return to the group in 2011 but negotiations between him and the group broke down. (AP)
