Footballer admits marriage to wife is over

Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson has filed divorce papers, finally accepting that his 42-day marriage to "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada is "irretrievably broken." Lozada first filed for divorce last month after Johnson allegedly head-butted her during an argument. The fight lead to his arrest and a short hospital stay for her. Johnson then refused to sign the documents, but Wednesday he filed his own set of papers in a Florida court. According to the docs, he wants a judge to block Lozada's request that he foot the bill for her legal fees, citing a provision in their prenup where the two agreed to pay their own way if they were to split up. Their marriage may be over, but Johnson's tattoo remains. (TMZ)
