Pop R&B singer expected back in court after her completes an overseas tour
A judge on Thursday decided Chris Brown would remain on supervised probation for the 2009 felony assault incident involving his former girlfriend, pop singer Rihanna. A California prosecutor said a report filed before the hearing did not show whether her had compiled with all conditions of his probation, as previously requested by the court. His probation officer recommended that he remain under the same probation conditions as he agreed to since pleading guilty to the attack on the eve of the Grammys. Brown is scheduled to begin a tour in Europe and South Africa later this month. He is expected to appear in court in January, when he returns from the tour. (Associated Press)
