Music mogul's birthday goes awry

Damon Dash was involved in a car crash on Thursday while en route to his birthday party in New York, according to The Post.

Though minor, the incident left his Rolls-Royce Ghost affected after it collided with a taxi on the way to XVI Lounge.

Dash's friend Noel Ashman was in the car at the time of the accident. He claims Dash only reacted, "Oh man, It's my birthday!"

Ashman continued, "Dash was remarkably calm - I would have been livid."

The music mogul eventually made it to the club where he partied with Jim Jones and Cam'ron, and where his own son served as the DJ.
