The girl band is also set to release a new compilation album later this month.
On the heels of Thursday’s announcement that Destiny’s Child will release a compilation album later this month, US Magazine has reported that the girl group will reunite onstage during the Super Bowl. Beyonce will be joined by fellow bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams to perform a medley of the group’s hits. The group will also perform their new tune “Nuclear” from their upcoming album “Love Songs, which is set to be released January 29.
Beyonce will open and end the show solo, reportedly performing her first single from her upcoming fifth solo album. This will be Destiny’s Child first live performance since a farewell gig at the 2006 NBA All-Star game. (MTV)
