Judge says the actress must stay stateside for now
A judge ruled Friday that Halle Berry cannot move her 4-year-old daughter Nahla to France to live with her and fiance Olivier Martinez, according to TMZ.
Berry said she wanted to move to France to escape the blizzard of paparazzi that follow her everywhere, not to punish Nahla's father Gabriel Aubry, who split with Berry in 2010. The judgment was part of the former couple's custody battle.

Because we are followed all the time, she is starting to feel like she is somehow special, and of course she is,” Berry told the November issue of InStyle. “But I want her to understand that she’s special because of who she is, not because she was born into this celebrity blender.”
