Herman Cain Disses NAACP for Nominating Jamie Foxx

Former GOP presidential candidate says civil rights group is “irrelevant”
What’s got Herman Cain in a Grinch-like mood? He’s angry about the culture of dysfunction in Washington. He’s angry over the reelection of Barack Obama. And he’s apparently angry with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People for announcing actor Jamie Foxx as an Image Award nominee.
#NAACP announced Jamie Foxx as an Image Award nominee. They are looking for relevance & doing this makes them more irrelevant.

It’s unclear if Herman is just hating or if he has some legitimate beef with NAACP. Maybe he’s jealous. Or maybe he’s just thinks Foxx don’t fit in with the other nominees – they gave nods to Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman, Kerry Washington and Taraji P. Henson. The 44th annual awards ceremony is schedule to air Feb. 1 on NBC. (Huffington Post)
