Couple was to get married this week
Hope Solo's fiancee Jerramy Stevens was arrested in a domestic violence altercation early Monday morning. The U.S. soccer star and her soon-to-be husband—a former NFL star of the Washington Huskies—were planning to be get married Tuesday. Cops say they were called to the Kirkland, Wash., house because the couple was arguing about where they will live after they get married—Florida or Washington. But, according to a police report, Stevens was arrested after police were called by Solo's older brother, Marcus, who had used a "stun gun" to allegedly fight a group of males who were not invited to a party at the house. Stevens was charged with fourth degree assault, but has since been released from custody; the judge decided there was not enough evidence to charge him with a crime. (Seattle Pi)
