Rapper shades poorly dressed music producer at music industry's biggest night

"Dress for the job you want, not the job you have," is essentially the message rapper Jay-Z sent music producer The Dream, as they, along with Frank Ocean, accepted the best rap/sung collaboration Grammy Award for "No Church In The Wild." The Dream dressed in all black and sported a shabby looking fitted baseball cap for the music industry's biggest night.   "I'd like to thank the swap meet for his hat," said Jay Z, who sported a tuxedo.
