Joan Rivers Makes Outrageous Whitney Houston Joke in New Book
Diss in book is one of many shots at the deceased singer
A woman known for her lack of tact and class at times, Joan Rivers, has once again fulfilled that reputation.
"I hate Houston. It's crawling with bugs. Oh, wait, that's Whitney Houston; I'm sorry, my bad. (Can I just mention that Whitney looked fabulous at the Grammys? She was in mahogany from head to toe.)"
The 78-year-old co-host of E! Network's "Fashion Police" also knocked the singer a day before her death in an episode the network pulled off the air.
Even days after Houston's death, she said she didn't have any regrets about her comments
“When she’s alive, she’s fair game. It’s part of being a celebrity,” Rivers told Women's Wear Daily. “Am I sorry she died? Of course I am, for God’s sake. But when she was alive we would talk about her just as we would talk about Anna Wintour or Angelina Jolie. If Angelina Jolie died tomorrow, I would still say she was anorexic.”
What do you think of Joan's comments?
