Kanye West to Be Deposed in Kim Kardashian Divorce Case

Kanye is reported to be testifying today

Apparently Kim Kardashian is still locked in to her pretend marriage to Kris Humphries. Not only that, her new boyfriend is being called to her divorce case to testify.

TMZ reports that rapper and "jackass" Kanye West has been called by Humphries' legal team to be deposed in their divorce case. Kardashian's legal team asserts that Humphries is only calling West to prolong the case.

His foot dragging is understandable, though. The prenuptial agreement he signed with Kardashian will apparently net him "squat" and he is in the middle of a basketball season at the moment.

The judge in the case has said he'll set a trial date February 15, which just happens to be the day after Valentine's Day.
