When we first met Kim Kardashian, she was walking red carpets attached to the (much less curvy) hip of then-media mainstay Paris Hilton. However, once what she was bringing up the rear with (see: gravity-defying butt) was revealed to the world (via a sex tape with singer Ray J), she became more than just a prop — she became the paparazzi's new favorite fodder. And the camera-toting men made no secret that they were there to get a snap of that back.

And so, for years, without any shame, while dressed in body-hugging, cleavage-boosting shards of (what few would call) fabric, Kim turned and posed ass-first at every event, and not an endorsement deal, a serious relationship, or her own mother could stop her, dammit. That is, until she met Kanye West.

Since the two started dating earlier this year, fans (and likely increasingly angry men) have noticed a change in Kim's style. Gone are the days of body-conscious bandage dresses; instead the world is treated to lots of ill-fitted fashions curated by Kanye himself, because, ya know, he's gone all "couture" now.

In August, reality TV viewers watched as Kim, under Kanye's orders, tearfully emptied her entire closet. In return, he gifted her with a brand new wardrobe comprised of items he approved of, including a top that 'Ye promised would get her on "best dressed lists now." And this weekend, Kim, herself, tweeted: "Why do I always dress cooler when my bf is in town!?" Sure, her hair looks sleeker, but under Kanye's watchful eye, we won't say Kim always looks better.
