Kobe Bryant and Estranged Wife Spotted Together

Despite separation rumors and a pending divorce, the two are seen in public arm-in-arm.

Reports are now swirling that basketball star Kobe Bryant and his estranged wife Vanessa may be back together. In December 2011, Kobe Bryant’s Wife filed for divorce. Although the divorce was never finalized, the couple were reported to be separated. Bryant and Vanessa have since been spotted in public during the holiday season on multiple occasions, including last month following the 12-12-12 concert for Sandy Relief. TMZ also caught the couple walking arm in arm on New Year’s Eve. The couple sent out a Christmas card in 2012 with their two children.

During the divorce proceedings, Vanessa cited irreconcilable differences. Sources say the marriage fell apart because of Kobe’s affairs with other women. In 2004, Kobe was hit with sexual assault charges that were eventually dropped--even though he admitted to having sex with the accuser. The two got married in 2001 when Kobe was 21 and Vanessa was 18. (LB Times)
