Rapper ‘Freddy E’ Dies After Tweeted Suicide

“Jerk TV” hip hop artist had thousands of YouTube subscribers, millions of views

Seattle hip-hop artist Freddy E has died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, which he tweeted about some time before his apparent suicide. The Seattle Times reports that Frederick E. Buhl, 22, died on Saturday in Renton, Wash., a small urban city about 10 miles outside of Seattle. Freddy E was known for his edgy YouTube program “Jerk TV,” which garnered thousands of subscribers and millions of video views. Although suicide is the presumed cause of death, an autopsy was performed on Monday, a medical examiner’s investigator said. (Associated Press)
