Star Jones Sells Penthouse, Making $500k Profit

Despite buildings disgusting history...

TMZ has reported that TV personality Star Jones managed to rank in a massive $570k profit from selling her NYC penthouse.

The former “The View” co-star, better known for feuding with seasoned journalist Barbara Walters and Real Housewives of Atlanta NeNe Leaks, once complained about the condition of the penthouse; evening suing the building managers for $700,000 in 2008 on claims that the place had water problems that led to mold.

Nevertheless, the buyer of this 3-bedroom, three-story, 1,936-square-foot home apparently didn’t care about the buildings unwelcoming history. And was willing to pay a swooping $1.55 million for the home.

Jones bought the penthouse back in 2001 for $980,000, when she was still co-hosting ‘The View.”

Now, that’s the way to make a quick come-up.
