True Blood Villains Wear Obama Masks, Kill People in Last Episode

Will HBO edit out the Obama masks from the episode?

A month after HBO was criticized for having a head of George W. Bush on a pike in a Game of Thrones episode from season one, they seem to have not learned their lesson.

In the last episode of their popular series "True Blood," there was a group of men in a truck wearing masks of President Obama, shooting people.

“It’s a complete and utter coincidence and one show has nothing to do with the other,” an HBO spokesperson said today to Deadline.com.

After there was backlash from the public, HBO removed the Bush heads from the scene. The network called it “unacceptable, disrespectful and in very bad taste." The scene, which was old, was brought back into the spotlight due to commentary by one of the show's producers on a season one DVD pack.

It makes you wonder if they will do the same with the President Obama masks.
