Despite the reality star's tweeting, VH1 said it's 'all rumors'

After Royce Reed tweeted that she was officially not returning to VH1's Basketball Wives, many fans thought that one of their favorite reality shows wouldn't be the same.

On Tuesday, Reed tweeted:

Still, VH1 says that's absolutely not the case. "All rumors!," Nyle Washington, senior publicist at VH1, told Loop 21 in an email. "We are gearing up to shoot our fourth season of Basketball Wives and so far all the women from the previous season have signed on."

"It’s no secret that the relationships between Royce and almost all the other women on the show have unraveled to the point of non-existence," VH1's posted on it's blog. "...And she didn’t appear in several episodes from season three." Still, it looks like she's returning anyway.

An hour after Reed's tweet, her cast mate Tami Roman tweeted, "Well ok @Roycelr don't be surprised-several others may follow..."

Could Roman be hinting that other cast members were thinking of ditching the show that focuses on women connected to the NBA?

Another cast member Evelyn Lozada was rumored not to return to the show after her engagement to Chad "OchoCinco" Johnson. The two were also flirting with a spin-off series that focused on their relationship.

Regardless if the ladies have cold feet filming their fourth season of Basketball Wives, if contracts have been signed, we will most likely see them on the small screen soon.

The Miami-based reality series is executive produced by Shaunie O'Neal.
