Michael Jackson's former bodyguard Matt Fiddes has revealed that the King of Pop and the Queen of Pop had a steamy love affair in 1991.

The love affair, which was brief, was so hot and heavy that Michael Jackson was heartbroken over Whitney Houston and dreamed of one day marrying her.

Fiddes told The Sun that the affair happened at Michael's famed Neverland Ranch.

“Whitney practically moved into Michael’s ranch — and they had a fling like any other young couple,” Fiddes told the British tabloid The Sun. “Michael said later he had always hoped the relationship had gone further — and I know he dreamed of marrying her.”

Fiddes said Jackson was haunted throughout the rest of his life by the romance.

“They met because they were two of the biggest recording artists on the planet and mixing in the same circles,” he said. “And they instantly connected as kindred spirits because they understood each other’s massive fame.”

The love affair only lasted two weeks and Houston broke it off and later married bad boy Bobby Brown.
