End Diabetes by Eating This
Everyone loves a nice juicy apple, orange, peach, plum, pear some fruit on a hot summer day. But are you eating the right fruit?
New research suggests that eating more variety of fruit reduces your risk for Type 2 diabetes.
Time to get out to your local Farmer's Market and get your rainbow on, pick out every color imaginable.
However, there are certain fruits that are a whole lot better in reducing your chance for getting type 2 diabetes. And those fruits are: grapes, apples, grapefruit, and blueberries.
Hopefully you have consumed the recommended one to three servings per week, if not time to stock up. Time to put down the Jamba Juice and replace it with some real fruit!
