Jermaine Jones Kicked Off American Idol

Show's gentle giant was arrested numerous times.

TMZ is reporting that American Idol contestant Jermaine Jones will be kicked off the show after Wednesday's airing for various lies about his past.

The 6'8 gentle giant who many have come to love, reportedly concealed the fact that he was arrested twice last year and has warrants out for his arrest.

In the past week, various reports have come out revolving around Jones' penchant for lying. One of his lies was that he told AI producers that his father, who allegedly abandoned he and his mother ten years ago, called him once he saw him on TV and that messed with the singer's head.

But Jones' father called TMZ and told the website that the story was a lie and he never abandoned his child. He told the website that he even attended 2 AI tapings in the past week, and said they see each other regularly.

Lies will always come back to haunt you. We are disappointed that such a young, vibrant singer decided to go this route.
