Kris Humphries may not be the only one upset with Kanye West's new song "Theraflu." The cold medicine company, as well as animal rights organization PETA aren't happy with the rapper's lyrics. (Hear it below)

'Ye not only disses the NBA player (while alluding to having a relationship with his now-ex-wife Kim Kardashian), but he mocks the animal activists with the lyrics "Someone tell PETA my mink is draggin' on the floor."

In response, Senior Vice President Dan Mathews told XXL, "What's draggin' on the floor is Kanye's reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings. He's a great musician but doesn't seem to have the fashion sense to design anything more than caveman costumes. We keep hoping that one day he'll find his heart and join evolved style icons -- including Russell Simmons, Pink and Natalie Portman -- who have dropped animal skins."

'Ye then closes the song with the expletive-ridden verse: "Don’t talk to me ‘bout style, nigga, I’ll ma’fuckin’ embarrass you / Talkin’ ‘bout clothes, I’ll ma’fuckin’ embarrass you / Hollin’ ‘bout some hoes, I’ll ma’fuckin’ embarrass you / Way too cold, I promise you’ll need some Theraflu."

The over-the-counter medicine company has since released a statement to TMZ, saying, "We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner."
