It's like one of those sci-fi movies: the Pentagon has now approved an expansion of their Cybersecurity force. It will increase fivefold to help the nation protect valuable computer systems and work deeper with offensive computer operations against adversaries, according to officials. The command, which currently has 900 people, will expand to 4,900 troops and civilians. The Cyber force was created because of recent attacks and sabotage. A virus was recently used to wipe out data from more than 30,000 computers at a Saudi Arabian oil company last summer.
