Another war calling. On Monday, The U.S. military signed an agreement with Niger that legally allows a new military presence in and near the border of Mali. The U.S. is helping France with its intelligence retrieving, and will be building up the military assistance in a number of ways, including using drones. The agreement comes at at time where more military action is occurring in Timbuktu. No one knows the number of troops who will be stationed in the region yet.
