A New York City judge has ordered a psychiatric evaluation for Erika Mendez, the woman accused of pushing a man off a New York City subway platform to his death last week. The 31-year old woman told the judge she pushed the man because she “thought it would be cool” before laughing hysterically in the courtroom.
