In a recent survey of 30,000 active-duty personnel, it was shown that BLACK? women reported a higher level of satisfaction in the military than men of the same race. This trend was true for blacks, whites, and hispanics. The survey measures satisfaction by asking about quality of life, opportunities to advance, and beliefs that one could get promoted.Using this data the conclusion was African American women were the most satisfied in their positions.
