After a disastrous day on the stand, St. John's University's so-called "Dean of Mean" Cecilia Chang killed herself before jurors got the chance to decide whether she embezzled $1 million from the university and forced foreign students to perform housework for her. Police found her body around 7:30 Tuesday morning. Chang, who worked at St. John's for three decades, had said that she forgot to tell investigators about her overseas bank accounts because she had been drinking. She also testified that a student had offered to wash her clothes.
