7-Year-Old Girl Fights Off 39-Year-Old Kidnapper

A-nari Taylor honored by police.

7-year-old  A-Nari Taylor is being honored by the Miami Police Department for a brave act she committed in July.

She and her 4-year-old cousin Brandon were outside playing with 39-year-old David Moore attempted to kidnap him. When Moore grabbed the young boy by the arm, A-Nari sprung into action, kicking and punching the man.

Moore wound up leaving the kids alone and fleeing the scene. Police were called and Taylor helped bring Moore to justice. He is now jailed, facing attempted kidnapping and false imprisonment charges. 

For her act, the police awarded her with a plaque and a Spongebob Squarepants jacket.
