Josephine Ann Harris of Ann's Place restaurant said she felt a tingling feeling and fatigue before her death.
An Ohio diner owner died today a few hours after serving President Obama breakfast, according to the Akron Beacon Journal.
The owner of Ann's Place in Akron, Ohio, Josephine Ann Harris, hugged the president as he was served a meal of eggs, bacon, grits and wheat toast a little after 8 a.m.
But three hours after the president departed, the 70-year-old great grandmother died. Right before her death, she complained about fatigue and a tingling feeling.
“I’m sure this was her highlight,” her sister Frankie Adkins, told the newspaper. “She loved Obama.”
While Harris and Obama were together, he told her that his grandmother's name was Ann as well, according to the Akron Beacon Journal. She told the paper that she was "ecstatic" with the vist.
The Obama campaign did not immediately comment about the sad development.
