BMF Wives Shopping Around Reality TV Show

Wives of former drug kingpins want to tell their story

There was a time when wives were expected to stay at home and watch the kids. But nowadays, more of them are aiming to stay at home and be watched themselves.

With Basketball Wives, Baseball Wives, Football Wives, Housewives of {insert city here} and Mob Wives all enjoying high ratings, the wives of fallen drug empire BMF are now looking to get in on the action.

Wives of former and incarcerated Black Mafia Family members Gricelda Chavez, Lisa Buford, Tiffany Gloster, Tonesa Welch have teamed up with production unit Strange Fruit films to start filming a pilot that they plan on shopping around to different networks. Welch, the self-proclaimed "First Lady of BMF" is the reportedly the ringleader of the operation and wants to tell her husband Terry “Southwest T” Flenory's side of the story.

The lesser known "Southwest T" founded BMF with his higher profiled brother Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory. Rumor has it that the two are currently having a bit of conflict. We're guessing that Welch figures bringing more attention to her incarcerated husband is good for PR, we guess.

According to Ozone Magazine, Chavez was involved with music producer Damon Thomas who played a part in BMF's money laundering and jewelry purchases. When ish hit the fan he cooperated with the government as a witness against "Southwest T." Also of note, Thomas is the guy that used to married to Kim Kardashian that nobody seemed to know about. 

Buford's man "PJ" was a high-ranking BMF affliate on Southwest T's side of the organization. Gloster served two years in prison when she and her man Jerry "J Rock" Davis were indicted by the DEA. J Rock is still sitting behind bars serving almost 40 years.

What the BMF Wive's adventures will consist of, we don't know. But one things for sure, it doesn't look like their will be any cameo appearances from the "husbands."
