6-Year-Old Arrested for Threatening, Kicking Principal
1 year ago
Child was charged with battery and intimidation
A 6-year-old Indiana boy has been arrested for threatening and kicking his principal, according to Reuters.
The student had been suspended earlier in the year for biting and hitting a staff member at Hendricks Elementary School in Shelbyville.
"This was not an isolated incident," Shelbyville Police Lieutenant Michael Turner said.
The student, who was not identified, kicked Principal Patrick Lumbley and told him and Assistant Principal Jessica Poe that he was going to kill them.
Police hope the child being charged will help him get the help he needs.
