DMX Owes $1 Million In Child Support?

Woman claims X is the father of 10-year old, but he refuses to pay
DMX famously asked "What These [Women] Want From A N*gga?" Apparently, backlogged child support to the tune of $1 million is the answer.
Patricia Trejo claims that the rapper named Earl Simmons is the father of her 10-year old daughter and that he owes at least $1 million in unpaid child support. She made the claim in Los Angeles Supreme Court during a paternity case hearing where X asked for permission to leave the country and perform in Europe.
In paternity cases where a lot of money is claimed to be owed, the owing parent is prohibited from getting a passport without a court order.
X says that he has refused to pay Trejo because he doesn't believe that the child is his and wants a DNA test to prove that he is the father.
This isn't the first time millions have been at stake in a child support case for DMX. In 2007, after a lengthy court battle, he was ordered to pay Monique Wayne of Maryland $1.5 million after a DNA test proved that he was her baby's father. He also sued for defamation of character in the process.
