Loop 21 asks whether the iconic civil rights figure is still relevant, 45 years after his death
Forty-five years after his death from an assassin's bullet in Memphis, Tenn., does Martin Luther King, Jr.'s legacy still resonate with the younger generation, who weren't alive during or don't remember his work in the civil rights movement? Loop 21 asked people in downtown Brooklyn, NY that question. The responses were passionate, hopeful and, in some cases, surprising.
