Fourth Elmo Accuser Says Kevin Clash Flew Him To NYC As A Teen

Criminal charges may now be pending.

A fourth man has come forward accusing former Sesame Street puppetteer Kevin Clash of having sex with him as a teen.

The lawsuit says that Clash lured the then 16-year-old to New York City for a four-day visit by promising to pay for his plane ticket and to be a "dad" to him once he arrived.

If this allegation is true, Clash could face criminal charges for transporting a teen across state lines for sexual activity.
