One of Zimmerman's attorneys confirmed the website in a prepared statement.
"George Zimmerman's family has setup a website for anyone who would like help with George and his family with their living expenses and for his defense," say Hal Uhrig and Craig Sonner.
Zimmerman has yet to be arrested or charged for shooting unarmed, 17-year old Trayvon Martin in late-February. The story has spread nationwide with many protesting the inaction. However in recent days more voices have come forward in support of Zimmerman.
Zimmerman's father has called out everyone from President Obama to the media to the NAACP for labeling his son as a racist bad guy. Zimmerman's brother has defended his actions, saying that his brother was attacked and he acted appropriately. A spray painted message reading "Long Live Zimmerman" appeared on the campus of Ohio State earlier this week.
Zimmerman's whereabouts are unknown.
