Harlem Building Under Construction Collapses Like a Pancake

No injuries reported yet as rescuers look through rubble.
A Harlem residential building has gone down in dust.
The building on 110 West 123rd street collapsed today at 4:30 p.m.
Firefighters and rescue squads rushed to the scene to make sure no one was trapped inside or injured in the collapse.
The building was undergoing renovations for a month now.
Late in March, the city issued a permit for structural reinforcement.
A collapse of a building on W. 131 street n Harlem claimed the life of a construction worker in March.
According to DOB records, a three-alarm fire broke out at the location back in 1995, damaging the "structural stability" of the building.
