Lupe Fiasco Removed From Inauguration Ball For Anti-Obama Rant
Rapper spent 30 minutes bashing the President
Apparently somebody didn't do their research.
Rapper Lupe Fiasco was invited to headline the StartUp RockOn concert in celebration of Obama's reelection. Whoever booked him must not listen to Lupe's music because if they did, they would be fully aware of his song "Words I Never Said" where he criticizes the first African American president for his foreign policies and explicitly raps "that's why I didn't vote for him."
Making sure they got the point, Lupe performed the song and turned it into an impromtu remix, stretching it out for 30 minutes.
Lupe was asked to move on to the next song, but he didn't, leading security officers to escort him off the stage.
